“My carpets look great! They are quite old with pet and food stains from cats and toddlers and I didn’t expect them to look clean when they finished but they look at least years newer. Of course there were some impossible stains left over but you have to have realistic expectations. They were quick, funny, helpful, understanding, and good at what they do. “I was very pleased with Martin’s All Floors Services. John quickly answered all my questions over the phone and gave me a great quote to clean my tile. He was able to work with my hectic schedule and even accomodated my last minute change of plans. He showed up on-time with a smile and a positive attitude. John went through my home and explained what he would be doing, how long it would take and what the outcome would be. The best part is that the price never changed and he didn’t charge me extra for any ‘additional issues’. I was also happy that it was John who did the work since he was the one who I had originally talked with about the tile cleaning. “Cleaned, polished and buffed all stone floors in the home. Mr. Martin arrived right on time and worked with his helper (son) – family business – until job was done. They did not take breaks or talk through the job. Mr Martin & son were very professional, but at the same time friendly & courteous when asked a question. They cleaned,polished & buffed 3 rooms, 2 bathes and long hallway. As an extra to us he cleaned the baseboards and pulled the refrigerator to get behind there for us. “Performed grout cleaning and painted sealing on ceramic floor tile and kitchen counter tile. Excellent response for quotation, scheduling, and work performance. Glad we did not use a chain service company. John and Rick did excellent floor and counter grout cleaning, prep the surfaces and finished with a color sealer. We were please with the efficiency of work, and their equipment. All cleaning was vacuumed into their equipment. They left our home in better condition before they came.”

“Cleaned and resealed our sculpted concrete floor. John is a personable young man who really cares about giving good service. Our concrete floor had not been professionally cleaned for 15 years and was badly soiled in a number of places. John scrubbed all areas of the floor at least twice and made more passes over the worst sections. The next day he applied four coats of a high quality sealant. Prior to the cleaning, he had helped move furniture that I could not move by myself, and he helped to move those items back after the sealant dried. I received some lower bids for this job but John’s bid was in the ballpark and the quality and care he provided made the few extra dollars well worth it. I certainly recommend him and will use him again. “

“Mr. Martin answered his cell phone on a Friday afternoon at 4:55p.m. and was willing to schedule one of his cleaners to come to my Uncle’s apartment on a Saturday to do a heavy duty cleaning. Not many business will answer their phones so close to 5pm on a Friday. It really meant a lot to me.My uncle lives in a multi-story apartment and the equipment, which remains in the van could not reach my uncle’s apartment. We really need to find someone with a portable system. I was very touched by Mr. Martin’s professionalism. He owns the company and answers the phone. “I had about 1100 feet of my tile floor cleaned and sealed, including the showers stalls. There was a small repair done to the grout in one. I love these guys, the floors look great. They offered to move my washer and dryer so they could clean behind it, that’s a 1st. I will definitely have them back.”

“We had John stop by to take a look at our Saltillo tile floors. He was very knowledgeable about the tile we had, the condition and what was done to it in the past. He explained his process for cleaning and sealing then gave us an estimate. We were heading out of town for a few days with the perfect amount of time for John to get the work done. We called him that afternoon and John was able to get us on his calendar immediately. John and his team did a great job. The floors look great…clean and shiny! Our kitchen floor was in pretty bad shape so John made a point of adding a couple of extra coats of sealant. We’re very please with the work Martin’s did.”

“I had 3 small carpeted bedrooms that needed shampooing. One bedroom carpet needed stretching and a repair to a tear measuring about 4 inch by 2 inch. He cut a small piece from a closet carpet and repaired the bedroom carpet. I am an out-of state landlord who has a home in AZ that needed attention. I was there for only one day trying to get things done. I hadn’t known about the attention needed for the carpets. I looked got John’s business off of Angie’s list and called him. I left a message on his voicemail asking if he could come this day. He was very attentive with calling me back right away. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to come the same day I contacted him, but we set a date for him to come. He explained everything he would do over the phone for me and how much it would cost. He came on the day and at the time he said he would. Once the work was completed he telephoned me to tell me what he had done. I was able to give him my credit card number over the phone for payment. John was a very pleasant, upbeat kind of gentleman to deal with. I really appreciated that he sent me an invoice over my email so I could print a receipt for the work done. I have not seen the work he has done yet since I do not live nearby. I am trusting that it was a job well done. If his work is anything like the attention given me over the phone, then I can feel the job was done right.”

“We are moving into a new home and had John clean the tile and grout and seal the grout before the move. He also replaced two tiles and re-calked around all edges including all walls and under cabinets. There is approximately 850 sq. ft. of tile in the house. We couldn’t be happier. From the initial visit for the estimate through completion of the job, John was professional, courteous and did exactly what he said he would do. He made recommendations that made sense and saved us some money. When he was at the house to give us an estimate, he cleaned a test spot on the grout in the kitchen to give us some idea as to what we could expect. The day of the job, he was on time and completed the job as promised. We plan to use John again in a couple of weeks to clean the tile and grout in the house where we currently live which we will become a rental once our move is complete.”

We chose to have the grout sealer applied in addition to the cleaning which added some expense. His bid was slightly higher than another reputable provider but John was able to match it. He and his wife worked for one full day on their hands and knees and with the help of their industrial cleaning tools got our dirty floors looking new again. “Great company to work with. We bought an investment/second home in Arizona and I was only there about 10 days to clean, start on the painting and have services taken care of like locks changed, carpets cleaned, and things of that nature. A big job was cleaning the tile and grout…which I don’t think had been done in the nine years the house had been occupied and the one year it sat vacant. The light “sand” colored grout looked brown! Ick. I called several floor tile cleaning companies and of them, Martin’s was the only one to get back to me right away, was very professional and was able to give me a quote based on the information I gave them. I had to fly out very early the morning the work was to be done but I made arrangements to have someone let them in the house and I left a check on the counter. Martin’s arrived right on time, set up and began working right away according to the person who let them in and who then popped in and out during the three hours hours Martin’s was at the house. It’s been 2.5 months since the work was done and I just saw it for the first time the day before Thanksgiving. Some of the walls…and baseboards…had been painted before Martin’s cleaned and sealed the tile and there was not a scratch on them from their equipment, the floors look wonderful and the grout is back to the light color I was hoping for. I took a chance, left the money on the counter and hoped for the best. I was very pleased with their work and would use them again.
